A Taste of a real cookie: Protein bar Chocolate chip cookie dough

Quest Nutrition Protein Bar Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Flavor

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is a protein bar created to taste like normal food other than bitter and weird tasting food out there. It was said that it’s almost impossible to make this product but now here it is and is now available in the market.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough contains almonds and milk-derived ingredients . It has only 3g of net carbs which are all from nuts – not sugar. One of the only few true low carb protein bar in the market. Chocolate chip bar also has rice proteins which is good  heart and circulatory health, fitness and weight management. Rice proteins is uncommon to our daily food and we normally find proteins in heavy cholesterol and fatty meat because that is where amino acids are normally present so it’s a great idea to be able to get protein from pro-life foods such fruits and vegetables in which rice is an inclusion.

Protein bars are just like protein drinks but instead of drinking it, you eat it.  It tastes like a real cookie dough and it doesn’t taste like medicines. It’s a refreshing taste before hitting the gym. You can eat it fresh or bake it in the oven so it could taste like a cookie just out of the oven. It’s not hard to chew and very tasty. It is best to microwave it for 8-10 seconds to taste the amazing flavor of the product.

Protein bar is still food. Don’t get too confused with food that makes you lose weight and food that give you less fats. Protein bars allow you to eat that excludes the unnecessary substances found in our food. Choocolate chip cookie dough gives you an easy shift to those kind of foods allowing you to taste the same kind of flavors from the usual cookies that we eat. Believe it or not, it actually tastes just like a real cookie. Some find it difficult to transition from non-healthy foods to rich in nutrient foods that’s why dietary supplement are created in this manner. There are still varied protein bars found in the store and stores nearby but this review gives you a great idea of how different this is from other protein bar. Remember that most protein bars are not easy on the stomach, pretty difficult to prepare and doesn’t really give you results that you are looking for. Don’t forget to not eat much regardless of how good  this may taste, it’s a dietary supplement not a weight-losing medicine. Take only what the body needs to push through and you’re good to go.
