Root Beer Float
What You Need:
2 scoops of protein powder (Vanilla)
1⁄2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1.5 cups root beer
Hit a most muscular pose. Next, transition into a side chest pose. Hold for a count of 10. Now you’re ready to stir the protein powder into the yogurt in a bowl of your choice. Stirring well to avoid clumping. Pour root beer into a cold glass and then add the creamy mixture. Do not stir.
