The BodyBuilder Diet

Why is it important to maintain a diet when body building?

Not only is it important to maintain your weight and watch what you eat but we feel these are some of the ingredients to keep in your kitchen while being on the bodybuilder diet. If you haven’t noticed by now I like to call this the “bodybuilder diet” and planning and being prepared is one of the best things you can do.

Here is a list of ingredients that you should always have handy in your kitchen.

Filtered Water

Cayenne Pepper

Grade-B Organic Maple Syrup

Fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice

The above ingredients are something that you should always have hand and ready in your kitchen while being on the bodybuilder diet.

There is also something I like to call “bodybuilding routines”

This strategy goes something like this:

  • Skip eat breakfast.
  • Take A few bites for lunch.
  • Take A few bites for dinner.
  • Take multi-vitamins.
  • Only Drink water mixed with lemon juice.
  • Make sure you get your protein.

You can eat anything you want on this bodybuildr diet, but the main goal is to really limit yourself and but at the same time get the correct amount of nutrients your body needs. Want Pizza? Go right ahead! But you can only have a few bites.

Just be sure to watch and limit your calorie intake.

Use this diet for your “cheat” days and not really a long term diet plan.

Another one you can do is the Baby food Bodybuilder Diet plan.

Basically you will be eating baby food and you will eat it for the whole day.

The plan is to prevent you from overeating but still gaining a good amount of nutrients your body needs. Baby food is also packed with protein.

14 servings of canned baby food comes out to around 1,000 calories. Only 1,000 calorie intake along with a healthy work-out plan will make you shed that fat that you always wanted to.
